By participating in the UNLSA Careers Expo Head Shot Studio, you agree to grant the Photographer & Lumin Studios Australia the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, assign and display any photographs or video footage taken in the course of the event in any form and for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, social media, print publication and commercial use.
You agree and understand that the Copyright of any image or video taken of you by the photographer is held by the photographer and Lumin Studios Australia, Lumin Studios Australia grant you a non-transferable and non-exclusive perpetual licence to use images taken of you for strictly personal use only.
By participating in the UNLSA Careers Expo Head Shot Studio, you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, royalty, or payment now or in the future for the use of these images. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product in which your likeness appears.
You release the photographer and Lumin Studios Australia from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of these photographs, including but not limited to any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.
Your personal details are collected for the purpose of delivering your image to you and will not be utilised for any marketing purposes, you agree that your image will be displayed in a public online gallery where you will retrieve and download your image from, this online gallery will only be active for a period of 1 month from the date of delivery and You may make a request to retrieve an image via written request to Lumin Studios Australia, Lumin Studios Australia does not make any guarantee to retain your image for any period of time greater than one month.
